and its usually after we hit some ridiculous goal that was set
but this time around we changed some google adwords and we are seeing an uptick on website traffic.
Naturally that means we should see more sales instantly even though we dont have any sales buttons on our website
Its one of those things where you can always claim shit aint working even though sales are up.

and when he did that bit about grandma and the switches and the psychological part of that ... I could remember my aunt doing that to us. There is a 44 year age difference between us! I should not have had that same experience!!
All I could think is "and they wonder why we got generational issues with mental illness in the black community..."
I hope that there is more therapy and meditation ahead for future black kids and less switches/spankings.

You should watch this last season of HBO's In Treatment..a session touches on that.

Been in my house for over five years and haven't had a party yet.
Just my lady and I to start, but I'm pretty excited because the music will be dope and the system sounds kinda nice halfway-up (still can't hear it outside). Settin up lights and all that. Nothing too fancy going forward, just wanna invite a few good people over that want to dance, or jam w/ the instruments, or talk upstairs, etc.
My confession is that I procrastiate, and could've been doing this years ago. It took (literally) dancing all night to the same song by myself on Tuesday to make me realize that I've got everything that I need to do the things I want, at least on some level.
