but 5hrs is an earful as it is.
it was soooo painful editing this shit down lol.
and the mandate of the shows in general is to not go for obvious stuff (thus mostly remixes n shit of that nature).
i think i worked from a pool of 500 or so joints, whittled it down to the final 72. had to get creative with the mixing and turned 15hrs into 5hrs22mins. didn't get a chance to put Teddy's Jam III in there either.

man Teddy's role in shaping hip hop is huge, and WAY understated. i got a few friends about 5-6yrs older than me who are HUGE Teddy stans, who all got zero idea about his pre-Guy/NJS era work. i was woefully uneducated as well til i put this shit together. mad eye opening.
