Kids really call it this. Last week my son was teling me about some kid that broke his leg "parkouring." I asked if he meant stunt jumping and he said yeah, the kid tried to jump off the porch roof or something.
Parkour is kind of fun to watch and inspired some real fun mechanics in video games over the past ten years, but I can't even look at these photos without getting super paranoid about my own mortality lol. This stuff has nothing to do with athletic ability or manipulating physical spaces (other than the fact they got up there and did this thing and didn't die) and is purely for the shock value of the photo and adrenaline rush of the achievement.
