Cause the league tried as hard as they could and will probably keep trying, dumb as they are/Goodell is.

And Judge Berman don't give no fucks how old Tom Brady is. He didn't want shit to do with the case and made that abundantly clear to the NFL.

If anything, "public pressure" outside New England was 10000% pro-NFL. The NFL is far more powerful than Brady.....your logic doesn't add up.
