It felt like someone else grabbed the steering wheel. These eps diverted from the original format/style. Seemed more theatrical/big budget and less funny.

I don't know exactly what it is but I find the two a little less charming and more insufferable these last couple of seasons. It's like a little kid is adorable until you realize that the kid is TRYing to be adorable.
I also can't help it feel like the show has an odd relationship with black women. So much of what the girls do is mimicking black women but then they don't have any real black women on the show. Does anyone else feel that or is it just me?
Despite what I would have guessed, it was my wife who pointed out to me that white women who date black men often don't fuck with black women.
