1. What is your current frame of mind? Erm... in truth it's not the best right now.
2. When and where are you happiest? When me and my 4-year old little girl get the day out and it's just us. Cinema, lunch, park. Bliss.
3. What did you eat for breakfast today? Half a toast and a muffin. (Terrible I know.)
4. Which words or phrases do you most overuse? "DoyouknowhatImean?"
5. Which historical figure do you identify with most? Ooh wow, that's going to require more thought...
6. Which OKP do you most admire? There are a couple who are super cool but I'll pick you for this post.
7. If you were to die and come back as a thing, what would it be? Ha, no idea at all.
8. What is your greatest extravagance? After mortgage, bills, car expenses, etc, the only thing I spend on myself is music. I'm pretty disciplined and constantly resist the urge to overspend but it's all I spend my money on otherwise.
9. When did you last update your resume? Two days ago coincidentally.
10. Where would you like to live? Another tough one - so many people I know have found themselves moving to Dubai through their jobs which sounds great. A move to the US would also be amazing.
11. Who are your heroes in real life? My older cousin has always been my role model.
12. What are you most looking forward to? My life is filled with the smallest joys which I look forward to. This evening, after putting my daughter to bed, I'll have a cigarette outside (which is my vice in the summertime - one in an evening), have some cookies while watching something on TV (maybe 'Game of Thrones').
13. What is something interesting that you just learned? I learnt that Crispin Glover (who played George McFly in 'Back to the Future') pulled out of doing the sequels because he was unhappy about the emphasis of money on family happiness. He apparently took issue that the filmmakers' notion of a film's happy ending should involve a spruced up, swanky house, parents playing tennis and Marty getting the 4x4. He felt 'love' should have been the prize, not money.
14. What is something that you still want to learn? To play piano.
15. What is one thing that you want to do before your next birthday? So many things and, despite trying, it's a thumbs down year again.
16. If you could be an Olympic athlete, what sport would you be best at? I've done karate for 11 years, so that. Not actually sure if it's in the Olympics but I'll take what's closest I guess.
Thanks for the post - this was fun!
