"Fat burning Diets...."



So I'm pretty good about sticking to a "fat burning" diet...

I pretty much on the regular eat healthy - I don't eat bread at all - minimal sugar, alot of vegetables...

I've been trying to refine my diet according to my workout schedule by taking tips from here and there -

right now I'm on the 5 - 6 small meal per day diet - kinda like what you'd find on a P90x meal plan...but in addition for the last 30 days or so I stop eating after 7pm - my workout regiment includes runs, boxing, bodyweight exercises, weights - I go pretty hoard I'd say

It's good and all but I can't say I've dropped a huge amount of weight - currently 207 or so would like to stay between 190-195

anyhew what's the best diet or diet plan you've used to achieve the results you wanted? What kind of stuff (protein shakes, etc) do you eat??
