"Does "How I Got Over" suffer in the sales dept. due to Fallon?"
You know the die hards are going to buy the album, and granted their fan base has gotten larger since being on the show and performing with more mainstream artists in collabos that may have not happened in the past...
...but I am talking to some people the other day at work, and I mention the Roots, and one person chimes in "you mean Jimmy Fallon's band?"....
I guess this made me think about the possibility of a new generation of Roots fan simply recognizing them as 'that band that plays on Fallon' and not taking them seriously....or serious enough to drop 12 dollars on their album...
just a thought...

You base this theory on the response of one person who has no idea to what reality is so the answer is no , next time you go into work bless this child with a cd of the band or just give him a hit of crack lol peace.
there were a number of heads who couldnt get past the unplugged performance...I had hoped that would blow them up in prep for Phrenology's release..which, to some extent is what happened I think
