Well Phonte of the Little Brothers (just playing) was dope. My man had on a suit with a sweater vest on. For any of you who have been to LB shows, this was totally unique and fantastic. Tay brought out all his trademark humor & witty commentary for his first solo performance. He opened with the Daykeeper, backed by Zo! & cats from the Els. He also did a smoothed out version of The Way You Do it. He did Only Human, Something about you, and a few other joints. He even shared a story about his youth, making mixtapes for the young jawns. He then did a 45 minute interview with Dj Stylus for the Washington Post. The party moved over to Marvin where Tay was greeted by my boy saying, "Take that coat off nigga!" All in all, a great night and excellent performance. I got some grainy pics on my camera for proof of Tay in his Sunday best but I'm sure someone will post better pics on here soon. In my opinion, Tay showed cats how he'll remain making money off shows 15-20 years from now.

The 13th, which was my birthday show was a success. We (The ELs) played for about 3 1/2 hours straight just cuttin up and having fun. I have NO idea how that show became a "Zo! and Tigallo performance", but it all worked out in the end I guess...
The real Z&T performance on the 22nd went beyond even what we expected. The night overall was phenomenal thanks to everyone who came out in support...
