"MIDI Controllers: Whatchu using"

Currently I'm messing with the Bome Mouse keyboard. I mean it's ok, but I see that I need a physical thing and pressing the keys on my keyboard (ie the one I'm using to type this post) isn't cutting it. I'm thinking of copping the Axiom 25 (the keypads makes it attractive), but I've read that folks aren't that keen on MAudio products.

Anyway what are you using?

We are all dreamers...

...mainly I just use the two drum pads on my Yamaha RS-7000 (see the avi) for drums tho if I chopped them from samples or or the 7000's internal kits...it's just simpler.

Peace,

I use an M-Audio keystation 49...

possibly coppin a korg padkontrol in the near future...

but the pride of my set up is my 2 electronic drum pads (1 roland 1 yamaha) into my Alesis DM5 (and then the MIDI is routed to my computer) so I can trigger samples by playin the pads w/ sticks.

As far as M-Audio goes, I have had no problems with my controller.... they make some decent stuff.

trigger finger and eps 16 plus

I want to get the axiom 25

Also like buddy above I want to build a real trigger kit.

I play drums so it'd be more natural to use sticks and pads to build tracks.
