""Lose Your Mind and Come to Your Senses""

Back in '97 a friend of mine gave me a mix tape that he got in college in boston....its a mix of lots of old soul, funk and jazz music....much like the mixtapes that kon and amir put together from the on track series....the album starts off with this quote...."I want you to lose your mind and come to your senses" followed by a sick piano intro.

I lost this tape years ago, but I still think about it all the time....I thought it might have been one of the On Track albums, but after buying all of their albums, I have discovered it's not one of theirs...their albums are dope anyway.

does anyone know about this mixtape I am talking about...the name of it, where it can be found, who made it? This is a long shot, but hopefully some music genius will read this and offer some insight.

thanks in advance

peace
