lolol! i dunno if this sounds stupid but i really wanna get the guys involved wit this alil more cuz there seems to be alot of seperate-ness (like guys collab, then fems, etc)but no real post where we're all togetha! (After-all WE ARE FAM!) so i was thinkin' maybe we could have a collabo PROM! (or whateva u wanna call it) (but the lady asks the man) & each of us has a collabo "date" & we post together (and then maybe a prom tourney, where peeps can vote and we can put the couples togetha or have the fems choose them either by inbox or a post where the lady asks the man

My INBOX is buggin' -- (Buncha hieroglyphics in there right now) -- But I wanted to send you some suggestions -- Guess I'll do it here:
THEMES
1) What "our" names/handles/alias' means or represents on OKP Freestyle (Writer's Block)
i.e. Ezzsential is essential to adding a different perspective to the feminine genre' here on OKP -- With motherhood in the mixxx -- As a single parent -- And already raising a young son. (WHAT DOES YOUR NAME MEAN, AND HOW DO YOU REPRESENT IT?)
i.e. PhotoSynthesis is the synthesis of compounds with the aid of radiant energy (especially in plants) ------ Energy Exhibited -- Not only in my flows -- But in responses to others -- (Those who ~shine~ and give energy back to me) -- It's reciprocated! -- (HOW DO I PHOTOSYNTHESIZE IN THIS FORUM, AND HOW IS IT MANIFESTED?)
Make sense?
2) In light of most hurricanes being named after females -- How are "WE" females like these natural catastrophes -- (Not just huricanes, but tornados, earthquakes, floods, etc.)
PUT ONE~SELF IN THE PLACE OF A NATURAL CATASTROPHE, AND WRITE ABOUT IT!
3) Something quick & simple, like a poetic recipe for love -- Or advice for bouncing back from heartbreak -- Or just the sisterhood of support needed to keep the Writer's Block flowing & going.
I had more suggestions, but the more shit we have to choose from, the harder it is to narrow it down to ONE thing and get started, nahmean?
Anyone else have suggestions?

I;m not sure if i should just add eveyone's names that is a female (like i did last year) or if i should just put the people who have responded (cuz when i did that there were mad people i had to *add*) (shrug)

To add something to the pot I think as women we could do something on birthing...not being limited to the literal act of...

to answer this question its easier to just show u what we have done in the previous years... you can find the female collab posts in the archives...
but this is basically just a collaboration of the females that post here on the freestyle board- where we all write poems, etc on the same topic & inspire eachother it was actually inspired by OKP cuz they used to have October as OK Ladies month.. but i guess they stopped it (shrug)
Anyway, we're just tryin to keep the female unity alive!
And you are more than welcome to join, just say the words =) and round up more peeps if you can.. heh...
