Knowing the legalities of sample-based production, do you go out of your way to flaunt a sample that might be rejected by the artist who originally created it? --- If I get a second question, here it is:
Will you be releasing an instrumental album? Not just instrumental versions of the hits or a beat album, but an in-depth instrumental masterpiece?

Kanye's background is pretty different from most acts on the ROC...I mean he wasnt out there "drivin wit oz.'s in the rental". Just how does he feel about being the odd guy on the ROC, and yet so very odd in a good way.

questions to ask this dude, but, I'll narrow it down to two.
1) I saw an interview with you on MTV saying that you actually like bootlegging and downloading cause it gets your shit on the streets and if people like it, they'll usually buy it. I agree with that completely, but your shit's been floating the internet for months now and your album still don't come out for almost two months; so are you gonna keep adding shit to the album or are you gonna stick with the stuff that's been around ? Cause either way the album will be fire, but depending on how you play your cards it might affect sales.
and 2) I know you're working with Common, could you tell us how that's going and what other producers have been in the studio with you guys ? That's gonna be an ill Chi connection. I hope No ID has something to do with this project, I think you guys would work great together

3) This year, the ROC worked with Punjabi MC on the Beware of the Boys remix (both Jay and Twista did one). How do much influence do you think mcs like him with have on hip hop in the comming years?

6)Do you see songs like "Slow Jamz" leading to more inter-chigao songs. For example, do you see Twista and Common doing a song together?
