"Pharoahe Monch internet-only video "Gun Draws" ... RE gun violence"
Pharoahe Monch debuts an internet-only video for his new single "Gun Draws," which addresses the topic of gun violence. In this song, Pharoahe expresses his views from the standpoint of a bullet. In his refusal to edit the video's "too graphic" content for television video outlets, the decision was to put this video on the internet.
one of the best rhymesayers out there. Having seen the video, the song will be that much more powerful when i pick this album up. One of the most potent storytellers to pick up the mic. Don't Hate.

too bad it's internet only. The song is amazing too, but that video is just crazy super nice. I've only heard this and the title track, and unless I hear something extremely wack I will def cop. Pharaohe been gone too long and I'm glad to see he's finally back w/ that hot sh*t.

Is actually probably a pretty good call. I couldn't even finish the video because it made me so uncomfortable. Yes, that's fine and good and PM is getting his message across, but this stuff is too real to broadcast when some mother of young children could be just flipping through the channels. You've got to respect it for portraying a serious problem, making people uncomfortable and forcing them to think, but this stuff can be really upsetting to people. So while it's important it's out there, I think that it being played in regular rotation on a video channel is asking too much.

This is probably the dopest video I have seen in a long time and I also concur that because of the content it might be just to graphic for children to see, despite the fact that we continuously see sexual charged video's and violence on the regular. Pharoah, keep doing your thing, you are definitely one of the best to ever do it!!
