It wasn't a shamless plug, I liked and still like that album. In this day and age it was damn near amazing to me that I could listen to an album with no profanity or derogatory topics and be entertained. That's a task in itself. And anyone that doesn't like Will as a person, that's your problem. Meeting him had a huge effect on me and I'll go to war with anyone that says anything negative about him in my presence. Spread that on your sandwich and eat that. As far as the Kweli project, I like it, I ride to it, and appreciate it. Is that a bad thing? You lost faith in him? That's your issue...not mine homie. I have it now and will purchase a few of em when it drops & I don't have to do that. I already got it..but it can be hard finding Quality in this Beautiful Struggle we're in. Hahahahahaha....I lve the fact I'm an MC.

Skillz, I can respect Will for what he does. I mean, I still enjoy Big Willy Style, there were some cool tracks on Willenium, but for real, I could NOT get down to the last album at all. Switch (and all those remixes) is not a terrible track...but it would be without the beats or Thicke.
As for Kweli, I feel the same way. RE was a classic. Quality was hot. Beautiful Struggle still gets some spins but definately not an album that I pass off so much that I end up buying over and over again. *cough* voodoo *cough*

I was not hatin on you Skillz. BS=Beautiful Struggle, not the CDs you have been working on. Nothing but support for Skillz here. Take care of your business, and of course update us on all of the projects you are working on.
The tour: It was understood MOS may have some issues to deal with thats OK. What I am pissed about is the cancelled concerts throughout Texas, and the fact that Kweli tells us about how great the show will be, how to stick with the tour. Then come to find out that they are not coming AT ALL to Texas. Less then 3 days notice.

Skillz, I made the original 'shameless plug' comment. Lemme say that I was just messing around. I was really expecting folks to get heated up about me implying that Kweli used a ghost-writer. I wasn't serious at all.
About the Will Smith thing. I'm a fan of Will. I haven't heard the last album though. I just know that he's used other writers in the past, so it didn't seem like a stretch. I really don't know or care, but I remember when you cosigned the album a lot of folks around here thought that you wrote on it. I was just referring to that.
No disrespect. Just playing.
