As humorous as this story unfolded, I think it was also sad. There are many things to break up over, but glitter?
That petty nickpicky shit reeks to major insecurity on behalf of the girlfriend and it seems to me that their issue is much deeper than some FUCKIN glitter.
I suspect that:
-The gf is unhappy in the relationship and has been for quite a while.
-She is trying to find an out, but doesn't have the intestinal fortitude to woman up and end the relationship based on her true feelings towards him.
-She has major trust issues and probably pick fights with this guy on the reg.
-She is doing dirt and trying to run game and flip all the blame on dude to justify her wrong doing.
-Both of them break up and make up like it is an Olympic sport.
I bet it is one of the above situations, if not all. No reasonably happy person is going to piss and moan over glitter. It is something that should have been overlooked and not blown out of proportion.
More than likely, folded and apologized for getting her upset and they made up. This will probably recycle within a few weeks.
