my house is down the street from the precint. so it was like a 3 min walk from me. there's about 3 precints that are like 5-10 min away from where i live so there's no long lines in my part of jersey

I had a paper dude about 6 hours ago, but rather than do it a week ago, I've decided to start it right now. Of course I had planned to go to my polling place at 6 am, but fuck it that would make too much sense.

Got to vote against some dicks in Congress, so I was definitely smiling on the way out.
Also, kept my word to somebody I promised over a year ago concerning the Presidential election. I felt really good about that, though I would have likely leaned 3rd party if the promise wasn't made, it's a favor returned for helping my candidate. (OKP would be happy w/ the circle I filled in).

The Doc was waiting for a booth to open (we had optical scan ballots), and while fillin' it out, people were talkin to each other about what was on it and everything... LOL

my polling station had a group of folks chanting "fire it up" "ready to go". Went to the rally last night in VA and didn't make it home till 2am. I'm tired as hell.
