yes, an analyst is someone who examines things in great depth, so it's far from a witty line, but i think the flow makes up for that *particular* line. you only get a pass like that once tho.

honest to a fault IS the SAME thing as being your fault that you're too honest. a lot of clever lines come from rearranging lines to mean something else, so i totally understand what you're saying.
but the first one ain't bad. "analyze like an analyst" would be stupid.

"Honest to a fault" is like saying "I'm so honest that my honesty is a personality flaw/ fault." Yet the next half "It's my fault that I'm that honest" means he takes full responsibility for this flaw. Me and him are >< here on that one.
If "you're a bitch" is an insult, then that line makes total sense. Since "bitch" can mean either "pussy ass nigga" or simply "female." That just so happens to be the order of the meaning switch in that line. I think it's golden.... a hood quotable even.

i notice that a lot of rappers, especially still in their 20s, draw from their childhood and formative years, and i know i used to hear about asbestos most often when it was being removed from the ceiling at school.
Snoop recently said "I see in your voice and I hear it in your eyes" on a song that I was diggin before that line..I still want to love it because its that old-school in a vacuum West Coast Zappishness that I still love from the West.
