360.. Thanks for any and all info.. I just have no clue when to use this thing.. What's the difference between that and the regular shooting button. Do you use them both at the same time? What's the word?

yep I've found that to be a problem too. I know people love this game and I do too but the more I play it themore I see crazy AI. Like when inbounding and the player does a crazy animation that makes them go out of bounds no matter what.. Or when playing the computer and when you try to drive the computer cuts you off no matter what but if you try to stop the computers drives sometimes its IMPOSSIBLE.. Like scrubs coming off of the bench and slamming on Ben Wallace from like 12 feet away.. Still a good game though.

Lay Up: to perform a lay up, do not hold the speed button while approaching the basket (if the player cant dunk, it doesnt matter if you hold it or not, he will always lay up):
pull to the left for left handed lay up or player lays it up on the left side of the defender
pull to the right for right handed lay up or player lays it up on the right side of the defender
Pull forward for regular layup
Pull back for reverse lay up
Dunk: To perform a dunk hold the speed button (again, if the player cant dunk, dont expect him to. this isnt Nba Live where Steve Nash can pull off a statue of liberty dunk)
pull to the left for a power dunk
pull to the right for a fancy dunk
pull back for reverse dunk
pull forward for quick simple dunk.
Jump shots: simple, pull back and release it at the top of this jump. Most players release point are very different so pick a team and learn quick
