"*sigh* Now my C drive is labeled G Drive"

Christ...
Anyway I could correct this so that Windows can load properly?

Backstory:
-iCrash keeps either freezing or restarting my computer. The last time it restarted chkdsk didn't move from 0 (left it on overnight)
-decided to reformat the new drive which was now the C drive. Wasn't working because I kept getting delayed write failed errors
-reformatted again this time choosing the new drive as extra storage and not bootable like previously
-shut down and the new drive is blank. Dumb ass me decided to try make it bootable again. Got corrupted errors.
-Quit the software that game with the WD HD.
-Started again and we are where we're at now.

What the hell?
What should I do? (oh and my DVD burner is not being recognized either)
