it's stuck in RGB mode, flashing Red, Green, Blue, White, and Black......

I bought a new monitor and was using my laptop to test it out. I setup multiple displays and it worked fine. I ended up leaving long enough for it to go into stanby mode, and when I got back ......Red, Green, Blue, etc.

I've enabled and disabled everything in my display settings, re-installed the graphics driver.

I'm stuck!
