I'm trying to figure out a problem with a laptop. The web browser keeps louding a blank about page regardless of what URL you enter in the address bar, as if it is getting redirected. This happens in Explorer and Firefox. I think spyware might have been at play, because the last thing done before this issue happened was Spybot S&D being installed and run. MSN messenger works fine though and is able to connect.

Any ideas on fixing this?
