I'm still playing around with the back, but so far I like it. I'm thinking about adding an instruction to the front where the note is, to turn over the card; because of I'm afraid that people won't turn it over to see if theres anything on the back.
Bartenders don't sleep on the business card. I wouldn't suggest giving it to bar managers (they will probably laugh at you, so I havent tried), but giving them out to "richer" people who can entertain people at their house might love of have a bartender at their party. Shit is like $20 to make, but you can charge $20-30 per hour plus extras (shopping lists, buying items in advance, custom drinks etc).
is it a stock photo or your own shot? i'm guessing it's stock because the copy isn't hand written.

they need a couch to sleep on after he get em fucked up?
lemme tell you something.
freelancers DO NOT put they address on business cards. it's no point in doing so unless they work for an organized business establishment with an office.

i think the back is unnecessary really but i guess thats a personal preference
the font is horrible imo especially when used on the back its very annoying to read
the front.. i think it would be better if you'd actually do it as someone above suggested. set up that scene and take a picture and use that. i also think that when printed the text on the piece of paper on the front will be extremely small and kind of hard to read
