going off body language she appears a bit uncomfortable with him touching her arm. The first time she steps back a bit, the second time he does it while they were laughing, it would at least seem she'd rather he didn't touch her so she puts her arms behind her back. she seems fairly confident and doesn't necessarily look intimidated, and they look to end it on a positive note, which seems pretty weird considering what she's claiming he said.
doesn't feel much different than a dude at a bar she's not interested in him so she backs off and lightly fends him off but nothing dramatic. there's just so much real estate between an uncomfortable interaction and something to blow up someone's life over. If he *did* say some fucked up shit during this exchange, that obviously changes everything, but on mute it looks pretty tame imo
