..I don't believe this is a case of someone getting away with murder.It appears that he was eventually convicted of the crime (hence, the only reason he would admit it to a potential employer). I think the dilemma here is that he decided to lie about it since being rejected by the Arthur Anderson firm. This appears to be a redemption story, but the media is doing a horrible job of explaining it. *skatin' the rings of saturn*..and miles to go before i sleep...
