It will work itself out. It's never a problem to have that much young talent together no matter how impatient the rest of the league is and fans are. The Pistons aren't in the position to be the Lakers, Brooklyn or Miami. They have to be shrewd and build this. Troy has shown to be a great GM so far and as long as ownership leaves him the fuck alone this should grow naturally into something really great.
They have the right coach for now in Casey. We'll see in a few years if it works once the team matures.
I think in the long run Killian will be traded and Sekou will be as well.
The real core here is Cade, Bey and Stewart and you fill the rest out with trades and a nice FA signing or two. So realistically it will take about 2 to 3 years to come together.
In the meantime Grant is still a nice piece and will only be 29/30 at the time.
