It was quite obvious that one of them was going to have to go in order for the team to have a true direction. The identity of the team is a defensive one, which is what the owner is referring to, and that’s not the direction they want to go in. Flores just wanted one way of playing and coaching.
Constant turnover with the coaching staff, couldn’t settle the offensive play calling issues, and didn’t really have a good connection with the players.
They want an offensive identity with Tua at the helm, to see if he is the guy or not. They weren’t going to find that out under Flores.
