He's in, what. his 5th different high school in 3 different countries now?

This dude Edward Smith apparently scours Sudanese refugee communities in Australia and convinces the parents to sign over custody. Thon is the eighth kid this dude had brought to the states (he's since moved Thon to Canada). I don't trust this dude at all.
