and it's DEFINITELY not a high ground when you're using it to accomplish an unrelated goal.
this is identical to the casino owner who wants to build in my neighborhood but promises to "beautify." Yeah, we could use some better street lighting and clean up. But that doesn't mean you get to build a casino because you lit our streets better.
