I suggested the ghost teams. It wasn't so much to even out the divisions, it was to make the fagent pool thinner and more aligned to a normal season with 16 teams.
And the 72 game season factors into wins but not average or 1.3 guys being a free agent.
And I'd be willing to bet that the two ghost teams will not have the worst record in the league. The cpu actually drafts pretty good..they won't do anything surprising or anything dumb. Of course, not making any roster moves will hurt but with some good luck, they'll be respectable.
