asking a team to fly around *this* country for three months or whatever is irresponsible and quite literally puts players lives at risk. Too many variables go into travel. It worked in Europe with the Premier League/La Liga/Serie A but the infection rates there were largely under control when they resumed play. Also, Europeans are generally more responsible when it comes to thinking about the collective over the individual.
Seems like the MLB and NFL are doing the bare minimum and essentially throwing their product out there, making money, and hoping for the best without a sincere vested interest in player health.
