Niners should have won, but didn't. Secondary didn't do their thing the 4th quarter; Sherman even owned up to it. The D had Maholmes pretty rattled through three quarters, but they let them back in.
I actually thought the offense did pretty well. Wish they'd stuck with the run after KC scored that first TD in the fourth, but they had been consistently fooling them with the play action, so I understand.
For all the lame-brained, Skip Bayless hot takes, Jimmy G played fine. First INT wasn't really on him (got hit), second one was one the game was over. Only real bad throw he made was overthrowing Sanders on the deep ball.
But hey, still not acting like it was SB win or bust. This is the beginning of the window, and we made it all the way to the final game. Never, ever would've expected that at this point last year.
