Everyone who has held control there since Grunfeld (who is no prize but Jesus, by comparison, sure) has been awful. Not only GMs but also Larry Brown, who had considerable control when he was coaching. Thomas was an OK GM in his other two stints, obviously Brown and Jackson were successful in other places/roles, etc. Just a sick culture there, really hard to think of many that match it in pro sports. I guess the Redskins come to mind.
