Pacers, Bulls, Cavs are the only appealing teams to me. The Bulls are not going to be an elite team without Rose. Odds are against him staying healthy, unfortunately.

The Cavs we don't know yet but they have the most dependable factor in the whole equation.

The Pacers could become a well-oiled machine or they could completely fall apart. They are at an impasse there and could wind up moving in either direction.
