and has more talent. even blake isnt getting money or signature shoes like that from jordan brand.

to give lillard all this money now without first establishing him as a personal brand within adidas seems kinda dumb. they still need a signature shoe for him, marketing campaign, logo, etc etc. plus most people on the east coast hardly ever see him play. hell i'm not even sure if ive ever heard him talk(im sure he does plenty of post game interviews, i just havent seen them).

they should have built him up slowly like nike did with KD. start with the $90 shoe with lots of colorways and push them hard to young kids. then start raising the technology and the price of his shoes. if adidas comes out with a D-Lil 1.0 shoe this fall for $160 aint nobody buying that.
