Him leaving the team that beat his team off the poll was the right move.
It obviously played out beautifully for him, as UVA kept getting better and the final month Duke was one of the worst in the ACC, but the argument for why Duke, at a time when they were playing strong ball and had a win over UVA, should be on the poll was obvious.
The real moral I'm taking from this post: making pro-Duke arguments is a zero-reward stance, lol.
