The most prevalent one is the A's are trying to sign Nelson Cruz.

I've also heard the A's are going to trade for Kemp; the Dodgers are ready to give up on him due to his injuries.

The Anderson trade rumors have been going all off-season, but I even heard they're willing to trade Cespedes too.

Lot of it is probably bullshit, but we'll see. Seems like a lot of re-tooling for a team in a pretty damn good position.
