but Pacquiao will give him plenty opportunities to bang away without applying too much technique/science.
I think Pac's chin will be tested - and it's still questionable as to if he'll recover fully from that lights-out KO, but if he can bounce back, I agree that he'll chop Rios down with superior firepower.

I don't know - I kind of feel like Arum is bordering desperation knowing that many of his top brass are all retiring or in the twilights of their careers, fading fast. His ego has gotten in the way w/ his business relationships, and he may want to go out proving he can still deal and do business one last time - now that he's mismanaged, used & abused Pacquiao (and Cotto's) respective careers. One thing Arum does like to do is cash out - and this would be a cash out.
That being said, you're prob right - Arum won't let it happen and he'll hold onto his grudge for Floyd w/ cold, dead hands.
