can you forgive when you've never rec'd an apology
can your mind-set be fixed with modern day psychology
what do you do, when you have nightmares without falling asleep
or when the sound of a vacuum cleaner still sometimes makes you weep
when you hate someone just because of their gender
and you begin to hate yourself cuz you can't help but remember
each of the four members
and how they called you their "young tender"
how as they placed you in the trunk
your heart sunk
cuz you thought, this is where they will find my body
in clothes soiled with debree
arms and legs bound, eyes blindfolded so you can't see
when all you could think is...woe is me
what if this results in pregnancy,
me contracting h.i.v.,
hepatitis b,
or some other incurable s.t.d.
COULD YOU forgive if you've never received an apology
when you don't even know if they are still walking the streets scot-free
or..now do you simply understand a tad bit of my hostility
