So I lied and cheated
What was once a bright future is now completed
Now all alone feeling defeated
Physically depleted
Is there anything I can say?
Anything I can do to make you stay?
The truth is I'm scared when your away
In your presence is the only time I'm truly okay
This earth is one big play
We're the characters
But how can I be both the lover & villain?
Smooth criminal or deceitful chameleon
I need us "two" to become one
A lot has been said, but little has been done
Now is the call for action
I can tell your worn out and losing traction
Hopefully I can meet your satisfaction once again
Trust runs thin
How do you stay so clean in this world of sin...
