"Hey U"

I'm still searching for who I have to be
Im order to recieve what I need.
but the problem is,
You is you and me is me
And I was too busy trying to figure out how to fit that into WE
now see...
since u is u, that means it must be a double u (W)
And me is me
And I'm willing to give you all of me
But that wont be necessary...
I think WE just need the (E)
Now (WE) can just make do with being each other's love letters
But never stopped to think
that we had already ran out of ink.
And now I've begun to believe that the our hours
weren't really ours
WE coulda been minutes, but u never meantit
So I must be a second.
But sixty seconds is a meantit
And what you saycan't mend it
Even if you do say it sixty times
So WE must not be a saycan't.
What am I to you?
Do you believe
me when I say what your love concieved
is still bleeding?
Out of all the UU's and me's in the world
Love letters like these are a dying species
constantly bombarded by misspellings and apostrophes
So me's is just a little less than a mess.
And I'm still searching for who me has to be
in order to deserve reciprocity.
It's hard to keep letting your letters have a spell on me
Even harder to let go of everything I ever wished to be
I'm still adding up all the ways to love you
But while I got caught up in equations of our situations
I never came to the realization
That you don't love me.
