She made a nice point about younger generations should be smarter than older generations. Thats the kernel of truth that could have made her a wise character.
However her wisdom was coated in dumb shit.
She accused him of being racist. Ok whatever.
But I lost interest in anything she had to say when she was like "I am 25 and I own my own store". Really? that's why you got it all figured out? What older person didn't think they were the shit at 25 for whatever reason?
I hated the scene because it suggested that the learning needed to go only one way. The Truth is that a 25 year old could learn that even though they feel like they are hot shit they will eventually grow old, if they are lucky, and no longer be hot shit.
And it's a wisdom that every older person who was ever 25 knows and most young people can't really appreciate until they are older.
