It's... fine. Not boring. Some decent elements. Kinnaman is a stiff, but for the most part, that's what he has to be-- he's obviously not strong in the scenes with emotion, but there aren't many. Action is fine, not great. Jackson has fun.
This would've been better if Michael K. Williams and Joel Kinnaman switched roles.
