87. "Dumb but at least The Rock & Bruce Willy made it somewhat fun." In response to In response to 79
>The first movie had a better plot and cast, but this one was >better made and had better action scenes and shit.
Agreed for the most part
Also, I'm sorry but, DJ Cotrona (fuck his >face) and his character Flint were both annoying.
Flint & Firefly were given too much screentime
They were >better keeping Channing Tatum as Duke.
Would've been better had they given Bruce Willy more screen time. But The Rock was better when Tatum was w/ him
Walton Goggins was >awesome in this, The Rock was awesome in this,
Yep yep
RZA was awesome >in this, Joseph Mazzello as Mouse was awesome in this,
No no. RZA appears outta nowhere for no reason. Those looked like deleted scenes from Man w/ the Iron Fists. Not sure which was worse: The follow up to Storm Shadow's backstory or RZA narrating it. The unintended comedy was the only redeeming factor. Mouse wasn't bad but wasn't very memorable either.
but >Jonathan Pryce is having so much fun in this it's infectious
He has a blast but that UN sequence is so ridiculous I literally smh the entire time
>This is Snakes Eyes' movie BTW.
I'm just glad they got the costume right this time. I don't think they knew who's movie they wanted it to be as it flips from Duke to Roadblock, to Storm Shadow to Snake Eyes to that ridiculous UN meeting.
>As far as to which one was better it's this one because the >first 20 minutes murders the entire last movie.
The first 20 minutes of both were pretty similar. It's the first Firefly scene, the mountain sequence & them Zeusin London that puts it over the top.
It's just a >shame a saw the best part of this film at my IMAX press day >which was the mountain. Also, the 3D sucked pretty bad. The >mountain was the best use of 3D. For something that was >delayed for almost 9 months it's a shame the 3D is ass.
Yeah you can tell they spent all the time & effort on that one scene. I wonder if it pays off in the end.
