Two I've thought of recently:

Fallen - the end was left wide open for one. It could work too, even with some of the original cast members. They could use Denzel's nephew as the main character, all grown up, with Azazael tryin to get at him and that lady. I think it could be pretty interesting.


The Thing - pretty obvious really. If you've seen it, you know what I'm talking about, and you probably want a sequel.
