Premiere ep of 'Nurse Carmella' is on netflix instant

I didn't know what it was about. I've seen billboards around with Edie Falco's mug but that's it. While I was watching i shook my head a couple times, and busted out laughing a couple more times. I recognized Father Intintola(or however you spell it)from the sopranos which was cool b/c.... well I won't spoil it. But sopranos fans will give him a right on, lol. Other than that I thought it was decent, almost enjoyable. I hope it doesn't try to be a social commentary on the health care system or anything too heavy.
