There's a great story about how Kevin Costner was supposed to have a full frontal scene during a sexy part of For Love Of The Game, and people in the test audiences kept laughing.

You'll see dicks waaaaay more often in comedies (Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Walk Hard, Sideways, etc) for that reason.
