These movies have points. Crash just says "America is racist." Which we all know.
This movie is only really shocking to those who say afterwards "Who would've thought that there were such racial problems in America today?"
You can't just make an all-encompassing "race is B-A-D" movie, especially with such underdeveloped characters. It doesn't work the same way something more intimate, something with better characters and dialogue does.
Although I do owe it gratitude for Jennifer Esposito titty. I learned more in that one scene about celebrity titties than I did the whole film about racism.
