The nanny who is a DUDE would probably still work today. Especially because it's not just a male nanny, it's a bro like Tony Danza.

With Three's Company, times have changed to a place where a modern ignoramus version of Mr. Furley would probably have more problems with renting to a gay guy than renting to a straight guy living with two girls.

Bosom Buddies is a concept that would probably get bashed into oblivion today.

I could see people having major problems with a "Benson" type show as well. It might fly if Benson was rewritten as a Latina but even then there would probably be push back. Then again, we just had The Butler as a major motion picture so maybe not (although that did catch some flak.)
