But it was still extremely effective and chilling. Particularly the last two episodes. The fourth episode, where they laid out the entire Galveston case was also very effective, and the end brilliantly set up the end of the series.
I don't imagine his "confession" at the end of the series can be used in court or anything. His lawyer can just pass it off as the ramblings of old man sitting on the toilet. The letter will be the source of anything getting done.
